Enlighten Physiotherapy

Enlighten Physiotherapy was developed in January 2020 when owner/principal physiotherapist Sophie Carroll recognised a need in the Southern Highlands for a clinic focused on the unique requirements of women.

We believe every body is different and deserves a holistic approach towards an accurate diagnosis and individual treatment plan. Enlighten will work with you to reach your pelvic health and musculoskeletal goals within a supportive, caring and nurturing environment.  We pride ourselves with offering a quality and evidence-based physiotherapy service, empowering women in the Southern Highlands community to confidently take control of their own health and wellbeing.

Kristine Lunny Osteopath

As a holistic system of diagnosis and treatment, osteopathy recognises the interconnected nature of the body and the person as a whole, and understands that each person is a totality of body, mind and spirit. In practice, the osteopath listens to the patient with this totality in mind, recognising that an imbalance between these aspects, or past traumas and illnesses may affect the person’s current state of wellbeing.

As an AHPRA registered healthcare professional Kristine understands that osteopaths are part of the big picture of the health care system. The priority is to work in the best interests of the patient, which may involve referrral to GP’s and other healthcare providers when necessary.
